IJAES Editorial Policy
International Journal of Academic and Editorial Studies applies an editorial framework focused on academic quality, transparency, scientific responsibility and rigorous electronic publishing.

IJAES publishes academic works, articles, books, chapters, theses and editorially reviewed volumes, with emphasis on content clarity, scientific relevance, originality and ethical standards.

Editorial review
Each submitted work is editorially checked before publication. The process may include metadata verification, analysis of the work structure, academic compliance checks and requests for clarification or revision.
Originality and integrity
- authors are responsible for the originality of the submitted content
- sources must be indicated correctly according to academic standards
- plagiarism, self-plagiarism and content manipulation are not accepted
- works may be rejected if they do not comply with academic integrity requirements
Author responsibilities
Authors must provide accurate information regarding the title, authors, affiliation, ORCID, abstract, keywords and publication type. Submission implies responsibility for the content of the work.
Editorial ethics
- editorial decisions must be independent and justified
- conflicts of interest must be declared when they exist
- discriminatory, abusive or academically unsupported content may be refused
- personal data and author rights are handled confidentially
Electronic publication
After acceptance, the work is published electronically on the IJAES platform. Publication may include metadata, author information, abstract, covers, access price and the published document, according to editorial settings.
Publication certificates
For published works, the platform may generate an electronic publication certificate. The certificate becomes available in the author account after approval and publication.
Corrections, withdrawals and updates
- material errors may be corrected at the request of the author or editor
- works may be withdrawn if serious academic ethics violations are identified
- editorial updates must preserve publication traceability
- final publication decisions belong to the IJAES editorial administration
Fees and access
Publication and access to certain materials may be subject to fees displayed in the platform. Fees, payments and publication access are managed through the user account.
